You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Switzerland and an affinity for urban planning. As a practical, communicative and resilient person, you appreciate a diverse range of tasks and are able to lead projects on your own initiative. You maintain an eye for the big picture, work accurately and remain flexible.

A confident and engaging manner, negotiating skills and assertiveness in dealing with clients, authorities and specialist planners are required, as are enthusiasm for architectural design across all scales, sound knowledge of planning law and entrepreneurial thinking.

Very good German and good English skills are a basic requirement for successful collaboration, and proficiency in Vectorworks is an advantage.

With 5-7 years of experience in Switzerland, ideally in building project planning, detailed design, and execution planning, you bring a hands-on, communicative, and resilient approach to your work. We’re looking for a confident professional with strong negotiation and leadership skills, capable of engaging with clients, authorities, and specialist planners. Your passion for architecture across scales, deep structural understanding, solid knowledge of planning law, and entrepreneurial mindset set you apart.

Fluency in German and strong proficiency in English are essential. Experience with Vectorworks 3D is a plus, as is familiarity with BIM planning or a willingness to learn.
