In order to radically change the area's perception as an industrial cluster, we propose that it is opened up to it’s surroundings and that it acquires a degree of internal permeability. Our proposed master-plan is modular, based on singular building typologies. Four linear strings of solitary buildings of varying heights structure the area with a denser layout towards the railways and the streets. The compact building typologies together with the increased height ensure a relatively high density and maintain the intended open space ratio.

Complementary to the built environment, we propose an inner green network, that offers a variety of different open space typologies; a sequence of communal open spaces that tie together different building blocks.
